Poor man’s Toyota Century — accept no substitutes. At least most of the switchgear and little interior bits in this comes from a gen 1 LS400, the stuff in the President looks like it came out of a Sentra.

Motorweek has a few videos for their Clean Cities segment on their main YT channel as well.
Do some research and see what kinds of cost other cities have incurred on their trials. I think most levels of government have done at least some trials at this point. Pull out the official letterhead and contact people who would be able to tell you what you want to know.
There’s already HD EV vehicles working in factories across the country. Unmanned. It wouldn’t be a stretch to take the same tech and put a human behind it.
I...didn’t put that much thought into it. Chevy Cruze popped in my head on first glance. I set the two side by side and it seemed pretty close.
