Counterpoint: he lives in Tennessee and doesn’t own a truck. That’s almost illegal here.

FIFY.

DMC will remake his casket and make it available for pre-order in 2030.

Good to know. I usually don’t get to watch much of the rally races, usually just the summation and the highlight reels. I guess I never really noticed that.

How the hell did you get $1055/mo with $500 down? I called my friend that works at a local Cadillac dealer and asked them to quote me the lowest CTS-V lease. The lowest he was able to get me for a 39 month/48,000 mile lease was $1408/mo with $1600 due at signing.

@3:01 on the second video, I’m a bit ignorant on the subject, but I’ve only seen front rotors glow on F1/GT3 cars. Is this more commonplace on Rally spec cars?

Stef, how do you know exactly what to show a man before he sleeps? I’m gonna have the best damn exhaust notes in my dreams.

They’re ripping off Rocky sequels now, that’s it. It’s not millennials or EVs. It’s a Rocky sequel. New guy shows up, scares Rocky, Rocky doubts himself, trains, and then beats the new guy.

Didn’t even notice that. It’s been a long day.

Well the lease was about $1300/mo, so for most people after insurance, fees, and maintenance, it would equal out. Plus is that no mileage restrictions, and you can change vehicles

It really bothers me that Trump keeps going after plants that are producing compact cars. Auto makers aren’t stupid, they know how hard it is to keep cost low on compact cars without outsourcing labor, which is why they’re doing it. If this keeps up, it’s going to continue to diminish any offerings for a sub $350/pmt

If I was in the market for a new Escalade, this would actually be perfect. Considering the fact that a 4WD Luxury Premium trim Escalade is about $1450/72 months with $0 down (before taxes), I would gladly pay the extra $50 a month for them to cover my insurance & fees, and upgrade up to a Platinum trim. Plus, if I

CPO Infiniti Q50 Red Sport if warranty really matters. 400HP and a lot of nice animeties. Not sure what your local market looks like but it’s usually about $32-35k.

The owner’s constant state of mind:

So $98k for a used car that only drove 1000 miles? I’m pretty sure you can buy a new/CPO 911 and drive it for a lot longer than that. And probably have way more fun.

5th Gear: I can understand why Ford and Toyota want an infotainment OS. When software is controlled in house (meaning their own development team can test and deploy it, without having to rely on a vendor) it’s safer, more secure, and usually cost a lot less. That’s what we do at the company I work for on an app level.

That’s what made me think of it. When I saw the first run of guys going towards the finish and saw the spectators run out of the way at the last minute, my mind immediately went to WRC.

I demand that this becomes a new series for 2017.
