Please Toyota gods, give us the Hilux diesel for the Tacoma, and maybe we’ll let off the Camry jokes in return. I would do anything for a Tacoma that has 330lb-ft of torque and gets 32mpg.

I just pointed out the center stack being off center to my best friend’s wife. She didn’t believe the photo until she went out to her Durango and confirmed it for herself. I’ve never seen such amazement and anger on someone’s face.

I agree, but also it is really a fault with insurance companies making bare-bone policies to scoop up consumers that can’t afford the necessary amount of insurance. And it’s partly a lot of insurance agents skimming over the details or not educating people, simply because they just want them to sign up. I found my old

Judging by the amount of rust on the hitch and bumper, I’m going to go with yes, they do salt. But that makes me a tiny bit suspicious that it’s posted in a Michigan Craiglist if it’s in Wyoming.

I’m glad someone else saw it other than me. This is honestly an awesome farm truck that I would buy in a heartbeat just to run around and get work done. But it’s in Michigan. Which means the body is going to rust into two pieces any day.

I’ve literally been looking at Japan-only Toyotas all morning and then I see this. My day just keeps getting better.

I always wanted one when I was a kid, but they’re hard to find around where I live.

Neutral: Please Subaru?

This would not be a big deal if the guy had decided to wrap a Ferrari instead of a McLaren.

Our company’s lawyer drives a 9-5 Aero wagon, and is probably the most crotchety old fuck I know.

My local neighbor has a white ’94 with the 2JZ-GE and manual transmission. He bought it new in 94 and racked up 225k miles. I have made tedious offers to no avail.

Hate to tell you this buddy, but they absolutely do depreciate $7k from the moment you sign papers (Toyota changed the model to the 2017 lineup, but nothings changed from 2016, including price). That’s why it cracked me up when people came in and said “Toyota’s always hold onto their value!” Unless it’s a 4x4 Tacoma,

Farmers that need a tax deduction. Come to the south, we don’t buy German/Italian luxury cars. The only ones who can buy anything like that is a farmer, and he wants/actually needs a truck for $55-70K. But a 4x4 3500HD DRW diesel truck with a tow rating of 20,000lbs is a lot a damn truck. So why not get it loaded out?

2. Finally, the dream where you can power your car with Taco Bell.

How the hell did they get a USDOT number (barely visible, but you can see the lettering on the door where it has to be placed on the cab) for a RHD commercial vehicle? From what I understand FMCSA is very strict on vehicle regulations. If there’s a photo of the cab, I believe you can look up the DOT number and produce

I’m pretty sure the MSRP in 1992 wasn’t $14,000. This isn’t a Regular cab 4x4 T100/Tacoma where you can ask the MSRP of 20 years ago and still get it (because those trucks are the embodiment of the baby Jesus in steel). CP.

This seems like what Andrew Collins’ wet dreams are made of.
