As of this summer, at least, she's in some sort of serious relationship I saw her do a a bit at a festival about how surprised she was and how she was continually mad at her BF for being wiht other women in his life before she cam along.

Blue Bloods is low key kind of an amazing show. It seems written by conservatives in their fifties for an audience of conservatives in their seventies about an alternate universe where NYC is still as dangerous as it was in the late 70s and early 80s, minorites willingly throw themselves out of windows during a chase

I saw with my own eyes a few episodes of her talk show back in the day. My good buddy had a huge crush on her and went to a few tapings. She was charming and funny (as she is), but the show itself was basically Skinny Rikki Lake with San Francsico libral sensabilities. Ah SF in the mid-90s. Good times.

I'll be back next season as well, but I kind of hope we could just get to Masters & Johnson being together and get back to their work and the effects it has on society. I'd like to open next season with a flashwoard to Libby navigating the single life and M&J negoating the difficulties of actually being a cople and

Shout out to the director and the cinematographer from framing that final airport scene so it called to mind Casablanca.

Burning Blue Soul, Soul Mining, and Infected were huge albums for me back in the day. Just the right amount of angst and art for me in the right period of time. Do "the kids" even know of The The these days? I fear they are one of the great acts of the 80s being left out of the canon as time marches forward.

I love crappy hole n the wall places as well, but Tu Lan back in the day was beyond the pale.

Left out of the history of the restauraunt in this vid: it was closed for a period of time starting in 2012 due to health code violations: http://insidescoopsf.sfgate…

Kermit saying the word "sexy" was my big bug-a-boo with this episode. No. Just no.

Wonder Showzen, "Patience". The first half is your standard Wonder Showzen on-topic weirdiness: Clarence asking people weird questions about patience and then testing their patience by just sitting their in their face, Beat Kids, cartoons, etc, ect. Then at the halfway point, Clarence is like "This just isn't a

"My dad owns a dealership. he can totally hook you up." Truer words have never been spoken on television.

Someone, usually my wife: "How did you know that?"
Me, in Fredo voice: "'cos I'm Smaaaahht and deserve respect!"

"Lord, beer me strength."

whenevr faced with Middle Eastern food:

"Go to bread" has basically been said in my house every night since that epsidoe was broadcast.

"Vat are you talking about?" gets used a lot, but regrettably I think people just think I'm doing a standard old Jewish man imitation.

omg, "stuff your sorries in a sack" a big one in my house.
