Is it the professional expert in military policy who’s undermining the President, or the President’s total ignorance about foreign policy and diplomatic norms causing him to put his foot in his mouth biweekly?

His oath—like the President’s — is to preserve and protect the Constitution of the United States, not to take orders blindly from an upjumped game show host.

If the president announces that he wants to send the navy to Bohemia, and the general points out that Bohemia lacks a seacoast, that’s not undermining. It’s telling it like it is — which Trump is supposed to be in favor of, remember?

We’re all technically Trumps boss, and he undermines a lot of us every day.

Can you imagine being so morally bankrupt as being paid to lobby against laws that would be of benefit to victims of childhood sexual abuse? You’re working on behalf of monsters who destroy entire lives.

Two things.

Day 58:

“No, sir. I’m sure he doesn’t need to see that. It’s just... it’s his accent. Mr. Kim said congratulations on your recent e-lec-tion.”

Aides bemoan the fact that they can’t control more of Trump’s free time “after work,” and keep him occupied so he doesn’t call up world leaders and tweet bomb threats.

President Trumpshitz is basically your retired 88 year old dad who still wants to drive, despite not being able to see or hear.

I read a brilliant article somewhere a year or two ago before all of this insanity came to fruition, and it stated that Obama’s presidency proved that “any man” could be President of the United States because a black man managed to do so. That’s why we saw such a surge of candidates who hadn’t extensive political

That’s the reaction I get whenever someone talks about how Ivanka and Jared are the voices of reason keeping Trump from doing crazy stuff. If that’s true, HOLY SHIT. That means that the Trump we have now is the moderate version, the one who is under control and is receiving able counsel. What insanely fucked up ideas

“If you’re an adviser to him, your job is to help him at the margins,” one anonymous staffer told Politico, “To talk him out of doing crazy things.”

“He likes to describe Trump’s presidency as being in “beta mode,”

He doesn’t care. He doesn’t consume information that way

I actually have a bigger worry: Has he even bothered to READ what’s in them? I’m 99.7 percent sure he hasn’t read more than the first couple of lines before zoning out and just scribbling his childish scrawl of a signature.

Bannon calls his office his “war room” and lists all of Trump’s campaign promises, like “Deport 2 million criminal illegal immigrants,” checking them off as those Executive Orders get signed. Kushner, however, eschews MAGA paraphernalia and slogans in order to treat our democracy like a tech start up.

Trump’s utter incompetency is the key to our survival. Luckily he’s too oblivious to learn to do better.

generally manipulate Trump by explaining how his actions will play out in the press rather than how they’ll affect the world.

I misread the headline. I thought this was A Tale of 2 White Broads, and expected these two. But then, they are The Simpleton’s chief advisors.
