My voting strategy is to vote for all the American cars, and throw a couple votes to some of them furrin' jobs.

How do we define, "care"? Is it money spent? R&D? Technical assistance? Marketing and promotions?

The lack of functioning wipers might DQ it in states with annual inspections. Pretty much kills its daily driver ability. Seems this one was modded for desert duty only.

@TR3-A: I respect your viewpoint but have to disagree. I am not convinced that dramatically changing the engine formula or suspension technology will improve the racing or entice more people to watch races.
