At one point I subscribed to a dozen different car magazines. C&D was one of them. I always appreciated the slightly off-balanced passion the C&D staff had for cars and car culture. The days of DED, Sherman, Bedard, Yates, Lindamood, LJK Setright and many other contributors gave the mag a very distinct personality…

Friends, ya know, I too get wound up over the excessive dumbassery of TV pundits. I have not watched the CNBC clip posted and will not because I'm having a decent day and do not want it ruined.

Personally, I'm not convinced the Fiat brand will make the merger in NA. The little equity it has is toxic. Maybe as a limited distribution plan but I do not think you will see Fiats sold in every small town across America. I see the cars rebranded as Dodges.

....and the Viagra Dodge has driven hard into the #2 position....
