Why does Meera have such good odds of dying this week? Bran isn't going to die anytime soon, and he certainly isn't going to crawl his way back to safety.

I can't stop looking at her eyebrows. I just.. can't. That's now how eyebrows work!

As someone who wholly enjoys this game, all of these complaints are spot on. Particularly the matchmaking. I happen to have a large group that plays the game, which means we rarely play with more than one random player, and that means the terrible matchmaking (while definitely noticeable) isn't as much of an issue. At

True, but even as I was watching it unfold I was thinking how poor her strategy was. Granted, it was fairly obvious that she was going to die the minute she walked in the door, but still.

I do agree that her idea of leading tends to rely too heavily on the "comply or burn" method, which I think the show acknowledges as somewhat problematic (hence Tyrion). But I don't think any amount of leadership skills would have been able to help her there.

Credit to Osha for trying, but she played that all wrong. Ramsay is asking why he should not kill her, so he's obviously prepared for her to try and kill him. He knows about the knife. So don't make yourself vulnerable like that!

It kills me to admit that I actually like Metacritic, and visit it fairly frequently. I feel like I need to apologize whenever I say that.

Well, maybe not excluded, but at least misrepresented. Metacritic does (or did) take reviews from sites that didn't give scores, and would just assign their own based on what they thought was a good score for the review.

But then how are we going to know when a particularly shitty episode gets torn apart with a scathing review? Those are so much fun to read. Think of the folks who "just came here for the F"!

Great review! Between DS3, Battleborn, Overwatch, this, and Rocket League (I'm too addicted to stop), I'm going to be holed up in my apartment for the foreseeable future.

"Maybe the takeaway from today is that.. sometimes, the side story is as important as the main story."
"Then.. why are you leaving?"
"Uuuuuuuugh. ALRIGHT. It's not as important as the main story. But it's close. GOD!"

“We know what the end is, and we’re barreling toward it,”

But following that logic, shows like Fargo should not have received entirely A/A-'s, right? I mean, if every previous episode is great and the next episode is just as good, that makes it comparatively average. And since each episode was not considerably better than the one before it (all excellent, just not all

Check out Under the Skin. It's certainly not an action film, but she gives a terrific performance in it.

A lot of times, it's not necessarily the game being played but the people playing the game. Their banter is just fun to listen to, and the games provide those unique situations to keep it fresh.

I am REALLY hoping they remaster this game for the new generation of consoles. Dark Souls is one of my favorite games of all time, but after getting accustomed to 30-60fps in games on my PS4, going back and trying to run through that game can get brutal. If they brought that game up to a solid framerate, it'd be

He may very well have, I was just throwing my $0.02 in regarding a different kind of difficulty many newcomers to the Souls series seem to encounter - myself included - which is stat (mis)management.

Ugh. While I do enjoy DS2 quite a bit, that boss can go suck it.

It certainly isn't easy (at least in my opinion) but it is harder to fuck up your character, which makes it a good place to start. Because the stats are streamlined, even if you don't fully understand the optimal way to build your guy you should still be okay. You don't have to worry about weight, invincibility frames

I'd say that's accurate enough. Attacking and maneuvering in both games carry a good amount of weight. You need to know when to attack, and the animations of each attack. How far do your attacks go? How long do they take? How far can you dodge? When should you dodge? Missing your enemy, and mistiming your
