True, not in public restrooms, but at home/in private it’s sit-only.  

It was both Netflix & USPS that caused this delay... Used to be 1 day there & 1 day back, I’d get 2 a week on the one-at-a-time plan watching it the same night & mail it back the next day (PDX to Salem & back) now the damn things come from San Jose... it takes a week from delivery at my door to the next at my door...…

Even in public restrooms? I’m not big on sitting down in a stall in a baseball stadium.

Dude here, I sit down in the bathroom regardless of what the situation is.  That’s quality reading time right there.

Two things that changed my life: a.) Sitting down to urinate b.) installing bidets on my home toilets. Game changers.
