I think this is a great idea but most of the paranoid people will be up in arms about this (as they are with most things facebook does)
Meh, am I the only person that doesn't really care about this?
@timgray: that's strange, I found boxee easier to use than xbmc. Prefer xbmc because of the customisation options that you don't get with boxee.
@luckycharms: they are almost completely different products now. Not sure when boxee branched away from xbmc but I don't think any of the cool features added in Dharma are in boxee (could be wrong though)
@diasdiem: Best comment ever!
Much better than Firefox's implementation of it in their beta's.
"What more would you need to start paying for web-streaming TV?"
It would have to be a *significant* improvement over gmail for me to even consider changing from gmail.
@dfp3050: mine is Lockinfo. I so miss having that on my phone. :-(
Does anybody have any recommendations for a site like mint that works with UK banks?
Piles is an unfortunate name. Would have thought they could have come up with something better?
Does anyone know of anything similar for the UK?
@unabatedshagie: Yeah, I know I'm replying to myself but I just found this link [libimobiledevice.org] which supposedly does everything I need to do with my iPhone. Looks like I have a weekend project on the cards now.
If I had some way of "easily" running iTunes on Ubuntu (last time I checked which was over a year ago granted WINE didn't work and virtualbox/vmware wouldn't detect my iPhone) I would switch in a heartbeat. Love my year of using Ubuntu full time.
@mathesonmd: not seeing that problem here. I have my iTunes library on an external drive and it works for me.
@SDreamer: thanks.
@TheFlyingFish: same here :-(
@MattChance: totally agree.
anyone have any good sites that have 3360x1050 walls?
