This is literally the most hipster thing I have ever come across.

(no one wants to watch a video of a montage of hot takes from ESPN)
There have been a few responses I've read here today that put the shoe on the other foot and ask what Janay Palmer did to provoke Ray Rice. So, because we don't know, who are we to judge?
I'm still hopeful for No Man's Sky. Just by the way they explain it, it seems totally different from Spore. Spore was supposed to emulate evolution as guided by the player, but they approached it in the most blunt hamhanded way possible. Like lighting a candle with a flame thrower. Pay off was immediate and over…
Eh, he's not entirely wrong. The hastags are fucked up. But watching a sport with ANYONE who's loud and opinionated while not even knowing the basic rules of the sport is annoying as fuck.
It's not 1985 anymore. There's 500 TV Channels to choose from, the radio, internet, text alerts on smartphones, etc. Not to mention you have a f'ing scroll bar on the bottom of the screen alerting viewers. THAT'S why people get pissed when programming gets cut for weather updates.
The PS1 was the PSX before the PSX was a thing.
You're right, but honestly, the "BEEP BEEP BEEP" and constant crawl on the top or bottom of my screen (or typically both, with an area map down in the corner) advising me that there's a storm or tornado watch/warning/actual tornado is enough to let me know.
Considering it could've been done with those corner/bottom of the screen warnings without actually interrupting the game, yeah, this was a really bad decision to do it in this way.
So you've been missing the best.
Darke and Macca are THE BEST COMMENTAORS FOR ANY SPORT EVER. Listen to the shoot out commentary. Especially the chile PK to the top corner.
PB M&M's > Reese's Pieces all day and twice on Sunday
I think it's all in the choreography. Because Dragon Ball was a lot less about rapidly punching, warping, and firing planet-eating blasts, a lot more movement was animated, and generally speaking everyone had a good shot at matching each other. DBZ turned that into "lol only saiyans srry", and a lot of later fights up…
I definitely prefer the original Dragon Ball over Dragon Ball Z if only for the fact that, as you said, I think DBZ fell apart after the Frieza Saga. I really think Super Saiyan should've been limited to Goku and maybe, maybe Vegeta. Also, I think the marginalization of major human fighters to the point of…
If the US draws with Portugal, a draw with the Germans puts both sides through. Both teams have an incentive to minimise risk in that situation and play for a mutually-beneficial result.
I've watched far more of this WC than any previous one, and I'm coming to the realization that this is basically the rest of the world's March Madness, and with an extra layer of national pride poured on top. The appeal is starting to make more sense to me now.
didn't there have to be? The Croat must've felt something, he couldn't see the elbow coming.
I don't know. If this were Italy people would be praising their defensive prowess. The result is a little harsh on Ghana however. They were the better team. Deserved at least a point.
So all teams need to do is get a group of really talented players, an all-time great coach, and a great GM to get role players on good contracts?
I grew up living several blocks from Thurman in Canton. I remember seeing him out in front of his house hitting tiny plastic golf balls that his older brother, Duane, would pitch to him for hours. Thurman would hit line drive after line drive. We both attended Worley School (along with Diane Dominik his future…
