well that move really blew LMDMack’s mind!

Yes, he is her father. And he’s been brilliant forever, including in Luke Cage.

There is a kind of catharsis in watching a show that makes you want to cry. You are expressing a lot of emotions, grief and sadness, but at the same time, you know that this is all fake, so in a lot of ways, it’s safe. It’s not the same thing as being actually emotionally devastated — there is still a wall between you

This is the worst rendition of Archie vs Predator to date.

Telenor! Telenor!

Well goddamn! I haven’t seen the movie but went into this article anyway thinking that A) it’s a recent M. Night movie so of course it isn’t worth watching and B) the twist is going to be something stupidly obvious anyway. In fact as I was scrolling down I was smugly thinking “let me guess, it turns out the kidnapped

Eh but it is still Split. Now if you want a good twist, go watch The Good Place.

I loved this episode. This season has been pretty down, with them trying to make a show which is all about fun characters feel more dark and serious, but this one, wow. I have seen people watch themselves die, and they did a decent job of conveying the ordeal. Kudos to them for that.

To this day, whenever I hear salsa music, I am compelled to say, “When you’re a spy...”

Burn Notice is one of those shows I love but can’t explain why.

Burn Notice is one of the greatest shows that has ever existed.

Smallville. Whatever potential the show had it quickly abandoned and never looked back.

White Man Rule No. 4: If you can’t have something, ruin it for everyone else.

It’s the movie refit Enterprise for me - she’s just beautiful from every angle. I think part of the appeal is that it feels like the engineering section is suspended from the saucer and nacelles, rather than it propping them up. It gives the design a sense of weight.

You have to remember they’re lying. They’re not putting Star Trek behind a paywall because they think it will fail on TV, they’re putting it behind a paywall because they think it will succeed. They think Star Trek fans are rabid and invested enough to pay for CBS All Access for just one show. They’re basically

Can’t wait. I just hope the year-long haitus (which I felt was a terrible idea) doesn’t kill their ratings, as it has for other shows.

I had not seen a single episode of Jane the Virgin until last week’s and this week’s, and the random coma/blackmail/submarine plotlines are all delightfully bonkers without any lead up.

Soon to be followed by the dark knighty rises?

All three have one thing in common – written by Nicholas Meyer. Who is also one of the writers on Star Trek: Discovery, so I’m quite hopeful.
