Kman (frequent Tesla video maker) illustrates how the double-press auto park feature works. To me this is the most likely cause of the crash into the trailer. You can see the alerts and hear the chimes when he activates the auto park when in the car.

Sucks that he’s leaving. I just clicked over to theDrive, they have someone doing military-ish posts already. Haven’t read anything yet. I’m sure you’ll do a better job. lol.

I didn't know either. Was there an announcement? :(

I agree with you about the trunk. It does look a bit sparse. I really wanted it to be a hatch as well. But also remember the frunk is there too.

If the grille was black, I see this...

IIRC, Kumakubo and family own the circuit. They also operate the zoo that is on the property...

Why is my post all garbled up with the pictures? :/

You beat me to it sir...came here to post this. I didn’t see your post, but I completely agree with a taller, longer windscreen and a "deeper" if you will, roll cage. It'll please the purists that still want to see drivers heads smashed...Aloha.

Every time this comes up, I always reference Top fuel dragsters. So I will once again, reference Top Fuel dragsters. They have had windscreens like this forever. The recently introduced (3yrs now) closed canopies are not a required, but a matter of driver preference. The drivers that opt not to use them state the

When I worked at as a tech at a Nissan dealer here in AZ, the McCain family came in and purchased a GTR from us. I assume for their son. I was aware they were into drifting at that time, I thought it was pretty cool that his mom was as enthusiastic about driving as the rest of them.

At a Tesla Service center...

The article tells us nothing about how it works. The bar is gone, hub motor, it’s more “realistic”. How does it work? Are the casters solid mounted at a perpendicular angle to the ground? Doesn't sound AS fun...Aloha

Again I’m glad they are finally thinking about protecting these drivers more. Like my previous comments on this topic, I’ll refer back to Top Fuel Dragsters. These IMO will work great for F1! Still open on top, clear vision forward and around the sides. The closed cockpit in TF still is an option. Some drivers still

It was like that previously, I’m sure you know. If your defense can’t stop the offense the first time, then you deserve to lose. I like that a TD ends the game on the first possession. Better than the coin toss winner driving to the thirty yard line then chipping in a field goal to win. It’s easy, if you lose the coin

I did terrible. Two of my top five crashed out. Did you see some guy got 126pts!?

They show GNCC in MAVtv. But not much else...

It’s gonna be good. I hope. Reedy on a factory Yamaha pushes him up into podium contention. Hope JS7 can show the speed he used to have.

HA! If that ever happened, I hope he shows up on that beat up CR with no number plate.

Wait, what?! I know he got injured and pulled out of MEC, but is he not starting A1?
