I think it won’t be very desirable to own an autonomous car. I think there will be many companies offering autonomous vehicle cabs that you can call. Having a vehicle that does nothing for 90% of the time will be very rare once cars become autonomous IMO.

The AI described is not smart. While it is not spawning the AI behind the player, the flanking move is still scripted. The AI following the player into the narrow hallways isnt very smart either.
