For real, the mystery shopper program is generally irksome, but I can't imagine working for a place that fires you for ONE bad score. You have to mess up repeatedly and consistently for it to be even a small issue at anyplace I've worked. Also, the shopper is usually supposed to ask a question about the menu or…
