Yea but TP was available on the Cube as well. I hate the Wii and left Nintendo after they created it, but I still grabbed TP for the Cube.

@roughneck117: Yea they certainly made some of them, but with it being similar in performance to the 35, and lacking several aspects the 35 has, I think it just got no more orders

@PoG: You may very well be correct. I only know audio copyright law, and there you are allowed a few minimal uses in replay and or parody. PS art has always boggled me and I've never looked it up.

@Cromwell: Yea, I was thinking if anything this is where it would fall. I know a great deal about audio copyright, but artwork of this nature has always been a curiosity to me.

I love the picture.. but can you copyright a photoshop of a piece of art that you yourself did not originate?

I think the just an image autoban is a bit ridiculous. There are some very skilled PS users here and also a plethora of sometime funny or relevant images that could fit a post or serve as a thoughtful response on its own.
