Can't you look at previous credit card statements and see which cards were used to make payments on PSN? Even if you don't have paper statements most companies keep at least the last six months statements readily available on their sites.

They'll probably revise it while PSN is down so when you go to log back in you'll have to reaccept the terms of the agreement.
