@HotChops: I'm picking the game up today after work - I'm so glad they made handling mob combat more efficient. That was the only part of the game that got tedious for me.

@rich8606: Well from glancing at these numbers I'd say Nintendo currently sells more but Sony stuff is getting more use.

@slithy toves: Yea, it does feel like they go out of their way to either make games no one wants or ruin the ones people do want.

@slithy toves: Yea, while I'm glad they haven't totally abandoned the Shining brand the action rpgs have all been average at best. And recent releases, like Fire Emblem for example, have proved there is still demand in the market for games of this type. Maybe one day Sega will actually listen to what fans want, haha.

@MMaestro: Haha, I was thinking the same thing.

@aceman08: Yea, I loved SF2 and SF: The Sword of Hajya for the game gear. They were my first exposure to SRPGs. I wish Sega would do a PSN/XBLA release of all 3 SF3 scenarios.

@DrakeDatsun: Shining Force 1/2/3 and the Game Gear games.

@Ejia: Just got killed by the ghost ship at Tortuga for the third time in a row... each time it's health bar is so low I'm convinced one more hit would kill it...

@Mooncow27: Only if it is a grid based SRPG.

@Darian Ball: I was generalizing about the way most ports are handled, but notice the last sentence in my comment:

@xsbs: It's more about which console is the lead platform for development and how the console is utilized than the actual hardware in the system. If the 360 is the lead platform and then the game is ported over to the PS3 it will probably look better on the 360. If the game is built ground up for both consoles then

@SuicidalEarthworm: Yea, I get long estimates all the time is what I mean - then it ships 2 or 3 days after the order was placed. Not sure why the estimates can be wonky. I've received everything withing the 5-8 days + 2 days processing from Amazon. And the one time they lost a package they sent out replacements

@SuicidalEarthworm: Don't trust their shipping estimates, they actually ship pretty quickly when the items are sold directly by Amazon.

I threw out my VCR when it broke but still have a few VHS tapes...

@Mike Fahey: I actually read the live blog but don't watch the show. I'm afraid of what would happen if I was exposed to this show in it's natural state.

Do people not own box cutters or do they just like using steak knives / pairing knives to cut through tape?
