A very good "dumbing down" of Civ. I really don't mean that as an insult either! It is very solid, I fired it up on my Xbox just last week instead of reinstalling Civ5.

It's just people complaining. As someone also inspiring to be a film maker and studying it too, you have to realize these older movies (or foreign ones) are not respected today like they were back then. Sure "The Artist" won best picture, but how many movie goers actually went to see it? And how many actually loved it

You've missed his point.

You're definitely not the only one who doesn't understand this.

The answer is simple, unfortunately the most vocal part of the community is a bunch of angry and repressed men-children who like arguing about everything. Sigh. Good post though.

PS2 to PS3 saw Blu-ray and wifi integration which was next gen.

I went to film school and Italian Neo-Realism was one of my favorite film movements that we studied. The literal, grainy-film darkness of Germany: Year Zero and of The Bicycle Thief actually added to the otherworldliness of that past era. Check out Ermanno Olmi's classics Il Fidanzati and Il Posto, as well, although

yeah...imagine playing this with no regenerating health, no peek around corners, no interaction prompts on the HUD, and using the keyboard arrow keys for movement/aiming. you kids today don't know how good you have it.

Nope. This guy is a complete jackoff. Either he's flat-out lying, or he was grossly negligent and incompetent... In either case, fuck him.

No, he just copied the full text into a text message and sent it. My phone will automatically split the message up into texts with the allowed number of characters, and just send them out one after the other. So he copies the text once, hits send, then walks away while the other guy receives 1,000 text messages one

Oh yeah, it's because of the bad CGI that you can tell it's not a real dragon.

"I am sworn to carry your burdens..."

Fuck.

I like the concept, but even years later, I haven't found anything that I feel compares to the illustrations made for the "Scary Stories to tell in the dark" books.

ATV THE DRAGON SLAYER!!!!!!!
