The sad fact is that he keeps getting re-elected. I guess the taxpayers don’t care that he costs them so much money.

Minneapolis citizens tried this but were prevented from putting it on the ballot. They wanted to force cops to buy their own liability insurance. The city council couldn’t do it because of the union contract. It needs to be a lot easier to hold bad cops accountable for their actions.

You’re looking at Trump’s Secretary of Homeland Security.

Terrible at his job and disdainful of the rule of law, but hateful towards the people (most) of his constituents want him to hate? Now who does that remind me of?

About 5 years ago during my Masters, I lived in the same Boulder neighborhood as the house where this all went down. I talked to at least two diff neighbors who were terrified that the girls killer might have been a neighbor who still lived among them. I saw this as overly intense speculation, but at the same time,

Yeah, I’m weary that this case has been drug back into the public eye again, especially since none of these documentaries even has the veneer of a quest for justice. Even if there were some smoking gun that investigators uncovered, Patsy Ramsey is dead, Burke Ramsey was 9 years old at the time of the crime, and no

She wasn’t raped. There was never enough evidence to even indicate that she was sexually assaulted in any way.

This man is not exactly living the high life, what with his wife dead, his daughter murdered, and his son a recluse. I get that he shouldn’t get away with wasting the police department’s resources, but that does not equate to “we deserve a CBS miniseries.” And this “amazing new theory” isn’t at all new. The Burke

If he did do it accidentally, I am more troubled by the lengths to which his adult parents went to cover it up, including the waste of police resources. The father should answer for that, even if the statute of limitations has run on actually charging him.

This whole affair is just gross.

He was nine. Consensus is, if he did it, it was an accident. He wouldn’t be in trouble. I didn’t say exposing it would serve no purpose--a press release is sufficient. Exposing it for public entertainment serves no purpose.

They should sue for defamation. The fact is, none of the theories have been proven in court and if they ever get a chance to actually try- the jury pool is forever tainted.

Good. They’re acting as judge and jury and sentencing Burke to no doubt endless harrassment and threats from the general public - something he’s probably already had a lot of. The police at the time couldn’t press charges with what they had, if there was so little evidence there is certainly not enough to state they

Absolutely damn right they will, and they should.

Interestingly, Dr. Phil and Burke share the same lawyer. Dr. Phil defended Burke’s strange mannerisms, and in no way implied that Burke was the killer.

Rage stroke. RAGE. STROKE. Women contain multitudes. We are not a monolith. We are individual people with individual needs and preferences. What does this one want? Not the same shit as the lady in the cubical next to me, that’s what. Just like everyone else.

I always found it weird that no media people ever seem to point out that many of his hateful tweets are sent out at 2 and 3 am. That’s very strange behaviour, particularly from a guy in his 70s.

We need to hypnotize a cop into thinking he’s an unarmed black man.

I really love his instance that having a good night's sleep is some nefarious plot of Clinton's. He stays up late, hate-tweeting, popping uppers and eating fast food, which is waaaay better than letting your body and mind rest and repair itself. That is why he is always so pulled together and professional.
