Well brand quality is important and I think you should be safe with any major brand...Sony, Panasonic, vizio, LG, etc... The Hz only indicate how fast the tv is at displaying an image with 120hz essentially being twice as fast... Just depends on your preference but the fact that they are both LED offers more longevity…

Being honest it all depends on your individual taste best option is to go to your local electronics store and pick a demo display that you like most and then do a little price checking/ review reading on it and similar sets
