Wow, reading some of the comments here makes me think two things:

Brooker is an ex-games journalist, an award winning reporter, an award winning TV writer and a fantastic journalist who has produced, written and starred TV shows on videogame history and culture.

Satire in spoken form is a little too much for the poor bairns, so I would imagine it in written form to be as confusing as gay marriage.

Jesus some people just don't get satire do they.

You've never read him before - he was a games journalist for years, and now works as a satirist and TV show writer.

I know it's almost as retarded as someone thinking the US has power over another country's judicial system.

1) It's cost them millions and millions of dollars to develop that IP, why should they just release it?

Shocking - a corporate business with IP that it's paid millions of dollars to develop doesn't want to release code that will allow people to disseminate it for free?

The post I was replying to specifically said that they were learning concepts, I just question the language they chose - C based languages are a better fit for concepts because they tend to lend their styles mroe to a broader range of languages.

Or even just the movie The Men Behind the Sun

Tons of shit, I've been a software dev for over a decade, worked on thousand user systems and very large warehouse management systems and never once thought to myself, "what I need to use now is Java".

To be honest, you'll probably never need Java anyway.

I would imagine they intentionally bottleneck the blog view - most readers have problems with it, (which means most readers on the site have problems accessing the site lol).

You are a continent sized country we are not - the political make-up of the UK is vastly different to that of the US, (we have flat rate tax for example, rather than state/federal etc.), local governments, (if you can even call them that), have such little powers that most of what they do is decide when the school

You produce a some amazing motorsport drivers.

Wow, I've not seen that film in years.

I'm not a hardcore fighting game player but have loved the DOA series, also really enjoyed the Ninja Gaiden series, (but then I've been playing those since the NES).

Started Eureka last night, (after aimlessly searching for a nzb called A Town Called Eureka).
