Eh, I'll back him up on that. It wasn't an unfair observation to make. BBT's entire model is to insert slightly relevant video game or tech buzzwords into a sentence for "comedic" effect, and this joke was about as unfunny as most of theirs. The only thing it was missing is a laugh track.
