I got it for the PC using a discount code on Greenman Gaming. It is pretty much more of the same, which if you liked DA:I is a good thing (72 hours in on my first playthrough, and I still have at least 3 major ares I have not even gone too yet plus the main quest, so I guess that I fall in the “it is a good thing”…
Personally, I ignore the Steam reviews and go look through the discussion boards for impressions instead. Once you ignore the “OMG it used Uplay it’s horrible!” or “EA IS EVIL so this game must suck” or any other review that can fall under #TrendyOutrage I find that one most likely get a good sense of the game.
