This looks like Haven with fog. The Mist without other-dimensional monsters really isn't The Mist.

There hasn't been a decade Christians haven't claimed to be the underdog in 2000 years. I'd bet the rise of the Religious Right in the US can be traced back to exactly that sentiment.

Not being a spaceman myself I'd expect solar power and concentrated reflected light to be about the same in efficiency, but powering underground gardens doesn't have the same risks as surface domes. (Ganymede could also be powered by an electromagnetic tether poking Jupiter's plasmosphere.)

How much of that talking puff ball was hallucinatory? It wasn't really keeping with his past hallucinations (the toad, the crows).

I'm surprised Ganymede is growing plants under glass domes. As it gets about 1/30th the light of Earth artificial light would be necessary, making fragile domes a pointless risk.

Is it because I've not read the books that I just don't care about Draper?

Setting it in a hotel lobby was very The Leftovers too.

To be fair she means everyone born after 1000 AD.

Lack of talent has never stopped the pretty from working in Hollywood.

At this point I'm wondering why January Jones doesn't break her contract and find a better role on literally anything else.

And did an episode of Harmon Quest.

The tunnel looked real enough, but there's no wall like that along the lake in Toronto. When she's sitting in the sand talking to Crisjen that's a real beach, but they stitched together the tunnel and beach and built a CG wall.

The international distro rights from Netflix is likely why the show's budget grew. I don't know if it was confirmed anywhere, but a similar arrangement is (apparently) largely how CBS is paying for the production of the new Star Trek series.

"Tandy was a bit too much this week" is always true.

Any explanation I could come up with would just sound like fanwank.

I'm fairly certain the words Plaza says (or mouths) don't match the title cards in a few places. The changes certainly suit the silent film motif better, but I'm guessing it wasn't originally written that way.

A musician? Mackenzie Gray has been acting in film and TV for decades. Check his IMDB page.
