Patrick really didn't belong in this episode, and every time he chimed in it was like "hey, remember: I'm the main character, so focus on me!"

I applaud the show for bothering to mention that someone on PrEP should still be using a condom. It's literally the first time I've seen someone advocate PrEP/Truvada and acknowledge that it doesn't take the place of a condom (because of all those other STIs, though this wasn't stated).
