I really don't understand why when people see there is a low number of race or sex in something they feel the need to force it in. Is the gaming industry going to be any different with more females in it? No. We want creative, hard working people in the gaming industry no matter what the sex, race, etc.

Its not arbitrary, unless this is *your* top Pokemon list which im guessing it is because you have magikarp, marill etc. I saw the "ranked" in the title and thought you were going to do a serious list.

Oh God. Another article about women feeling like the industry they are in is not "equal." Has anyone ever just stopped and asked themselves "maybe i just work with a bunch of assholes?" Which is usually the case 90% of the time.
