Yeah, I guess it's all about having the kindle app, which I highly doubt another dedicated ereader would allow... but I think I meant their file format is locked in that .azw format, and for some reason they don't play well with other standard ebook formats on their device. It just seems too annoying to even bother…

Why does Amazon lock up purchases to their device? I never got that. They make money from content sales not hardware. Eh, I guess Calibre solves the issue but still... I never started buying from them from the start for that reason.

So what's the alternative? I wanted to get away from Google, tried Bing and it kinda sucked. I do image searches often for my graphic design work and after going back to Google, my search results were so much better... sigh.

...and Except that the Kindle is no where near the quality of the Nook. Sorry, it's true.

I just started the first book... my hand is cramped badly... it gave me Nook hook... I don't sleep much anymore... I can't put it down.

But I don't hate them because they're straight, I hate them because they hate to begin with. I'm not saying anything about them is an abomination... I'm saying I hate that they hate. Why would I love their hatred? Why would loving their hate make the world a better place?
