Some parts are better than others as Dearborn and Dearborn Heights cover a lot of area, from bordering Detroit and Inkster (eww) to the neighborhoods around the Rouge River Park and the Henry Ford Estate (fancy pants area). Yes, but isn't that how most advanced tech starts in cars? Look at all the tech that was in high end cars like the MB S-Class and Porsche Cayenne 10 years ago that's now trickling down to more "normal" cars and SUVs.
