Exactly what I was thinking, especially the part about letting off the throttle on a wave by.

Ok, that's what I thought. It threw flags up in my head when I read that LOL. Thanks for the clarification.

yes, that's better.

Sorry, I guess that is borderline trolling a bit. I was just curious. I love both as well, but I think the looks and sound of the Stratos win me over.

"...where Group B Lancia Stratos can run cowl-to-jowl with modern Escorts..."

Exactly, I can't stand the music. It's ruining the engine sounds!

True, but here's a question: Which one would you take, 037 or Stratos?

He does have a Nice murdered out Raptor and an Euro Focus RS (a bit still owned by Ford on M plates so that he can legally drive it in America).

I'm sorry, but that car reminds of this one a bit much.

He ruined a Jag XJ220! SOB!!

I was thinking the same exact thing.

It's totally paved, they had like 70-80% done this year and said the week after the race they would start on finishing the job :(

Now playing

video is of Volvo test track, not Clarkson in GT-R?

At Ford's Test Tracks in Dearborn and Romeo, they have strips of pavement that are replicas of the supposed worst roads in the world. Most are from Detroit of course, but they literally pictured and measured the real roads (a "few" years back, before some repairs were made) and carefully replicated.

That picture is on I-696, but there are a few "depressed" highways around Detroit. There's also the M-10 Lodge Freeway and the M-39 Southfield Freeway (that they just finished repaving almost the entire thing). I-75 has some depressed sections as well closer to the city.

Nicolas Cage is not impressed.

Original Detroit GP course. It's now stricken with potholes and debris making perfect obstacles for testing.

Exactly. It's a very astute observation. LOL

Kubota Tractor FTW! LOL
