Obligatory.

yes of course, low level play (quick matches) have not changed much since release. However, you will have a better time with a friend or two.

Is it even possible to jump into overwatch as a solo player these days? I’ve been curious about the game for a long time, but I don’t have a regular playgroup and watching it on twitch is a nightmare for me personally. I have no idea what’s going on or how any of the tactics work.

As if Whip wasn’t OP enough for casuals... This is stupid. I don’t know how useful she’s been in the competitive scene, but at a casual level, Whip is now beyond Goddess with this.

I would totally be into doing a few of the available roles, but the idea that I would actively have to spend money to get the equipment they want and the setup needed to record is what’s keeping me away. Put me in that setup for free and I’d be game.

I actually really enjoyed it. I don’t think they could have done much better.

I enjoy the safety of salary, but American companies have come to abuse that to redefine what is considered a proper work week. There’s no excuse why businesses couldn’t better track employee time accounting and help avoid crunch/overworking.

Not to shill, but I literally wrote a book to answer that question! The short version is that video games straddle the boundary of art and technology in a way that makes them unlike any other medium. Because there are so many moving pieces, and because tech is constantly changing, it’s impossible to make accurate

PRE-ORDER NOW!!!

Many argue that unpaid overtime is toxic and counterproductive; others point out that collaborative creative projects would be impossible without it.

The funny thing is, iirc from what I read, for the scale of the game the game was severely underbudgeted. I mean, from what I read it had less than a 10th of the budget of other major titles of this scope tend to have. so they had to cut a lot of corners. heck even the old republic had more of a budget. you can tell

Some of the game’s issues were not overblown and some (most, I’d say) were.

It’s entirely unfair to compare the characters you know and love in ME3 to an entirely new cast in ME:A. A lot of that love in the original trilogy is based the fact that they’ve been with you for a long time. It IS however fair to compare ME:A to how you felt about ME1 when that came out.

I disagree. Mass Effect, over the course of 3 games, set up an interesting, multifaceted universe with rich lore, amazing worlds, and fulfilling storylines (say what you will about ME3, I didn’t think it was that bad). A new game must be held to the same high standards as the originals because that is the quality we

It really bothers me the way people get sucked into the meta-narrative of a games development.

Personal theory: Pewdiepie is trying to sabotage his YouTube career. He’s talked openly multiple times about how much he hates YouTube and all the behind-the-scenes drama working on that platform carries. He’s talked about deleting his channel before, but never followed through (or deleted a joke channel), but it’s

they tweaked weather transitions to be faster so that the player never sees anything below a certain level of quality

it’s likely not yellow because the sticks are rubber. it’s kind of hard to paint rubber so a whole new analog stick would have had to be made to replace the old one.

Right?! It’s SO CLOSE!

I thought for sure the right stick would be yellow.
