Mahr-kiss, . . .Brow-ham.

The only cars shittier than American cars(and, oh dear Christ, were they shitty) were British cars. Also, American cars started somewhat more regularly.

Finding the Mustang II "amenable" is a sign of mental illness.

Woohoo, the Wombat! Not to be confused with the Combat Wombat.

The sweet ring ding ding. I've no longer enough blood in me to ride this pearl.

There’s a Gobbler’s Knob in Indiana, kinda near Metamora. Nothing beats Big Bone Lick State Park in KY, though.

That’s Bradley’s preferred doggin' park.

I’m from Dildo, Nfld...it’s more a vibration thing.

maybe they need a heisenberg compensator

Push-to-start systems are designed so that they can still be started in the event of a signal failure from the fob (usually from a dead fob battery). In most cases, you hold the key up to the steering column or a designated point near that. I don’t know if this function is also being blocked by whatever interference

That is amazing. I can’t imagine WHY anyone would go to the effort, but its impressive nonetheless.

Side Trivia— There’s a wonderful Art Deco era building in London’s Kensington neighborhood with a great restaurant inside. The building was Michelin’s HQ in the UK back in the “glory days” of the tire business...

I have a first gen 2 door Montero (which always gets dragged up in the comments by me) and I know your sentiment exactly.  I am driving that thing into the ground then I will hunt down another.

God damn those photos are stunning. Perfect combination of car, colour and scenery!

The federalization, dealer network setup, and such would add a lot to the price especially if it’s all for a single model. I don’t think the price delta between them would be big enough, honestly. Prove me wrong, Suzuki.

Fucking what?

I hope you realize that BMW’s N54 is also an alloy block like the B58, and even without a closed deck can easily be built to produce power in the 800-900hp range on stock internals. They generally have a pretty high reputation for being unkillable motors, save for a few issues on the high pressure fuel injection

Dude, how can you shit on the 2JZ? That motor can power a 10 second car. I know cuz I live my life a quarter mile at a time and like watched all the F&F movies.

I see your Lotus Carlton and raise you a VT HSV GTS. It came in purple.

It's not a discussion about the quickest way to warm a car up though, it's just about letting the oil flow a little before driving. If your concern is getting the car warm quickly pegging the rev limiter right after you start it will win every time.
