I don't mean to start an argument here, just a discussion. I do however, disagree with your opinions.

I haven't tested it, but if you're using Chrome, the extension ChromeItLater is one that I just searched for, and it claims to have this functionality.

@SAfiftyseven: I'd recommend either Evernote or Penzu.

@BishopBlaize: It's not exactly 'attaching', but links (with an http(s):// prefix) are very easy to store with a task.

@shiraz: Actually, LastPass has recently redone a bit of their Chrome extension, and it might be worth looking into if you haven't tried it lately.
