Why don't they just give everyone an MRI, and have a computer system that can detect anomalies. No human would ever see the image (unless there was an anomaly) and there's no pat-downs.

@Shakazula: They sell them online, I think you can get up to 1 foot lengths. I was looking at them because a graphics card I had wouldn't fit inside the case, so I was thinking about using an extender, and moving it outside the case.
