This is so true. I have this endless, pointless debate with my very conservative, Fox-News-watching childhood friend who actually is a decent guy when he’s not ranting about politics.

Spot on. I was coming here to ask that exact thing. How does he rationalize “not on purpose”? Because that’s not a truncated message, that’s an edit.

Funny isn’t it? Even getting caught outright they rarely ever truly back off of the lie. Better yet is when they claim that they only did it to expose some liberal schemes that never seem to turn out to exist. People like James O’Keefe build themselves well funded cottage industries doing this shit full time.

True. Unfortunately, this article also neglects the context around the situation. It gets worse.

This is why so many conservatives are paranoid and obsessed with liberal media conspiracies, because they are obsessed with crafting conservative media conspiracies and will do so at their first opportunity. Their narcissism only compounds the problem because they can’t comprehend people not acting exactly like them.

Yup...nice job, dad. Your kid was making great progress on an incredibly important issue, but instead you had to screw it up so you could get your 15 minutes on Breitfart.

What confuses me is that there was all sorts of anger about the idea that kids supporting gun control might be “coached” or “scripted” by someone else, yet it’s apparently alright for this kid to go on TV and read out a script his father freely admits was scripted by the family.

It looks like the Haabs did initially misinterpret CNN’s request to just ask the original question. In one of Glenn Haab’s emails to the CNN producer, he wrote “We are not actors nor do we read from a script. We are real people and a lot of thoughts went into those questions.

It is not possible that he deleted the three words that would be most convenient to his narrative to delete by accident. Honestly, if you’re just forwarding an email to a news outlet I’m not sure how you’d delete any three words from the middle of the email by accident.

So how do we get him that last strike then?

Every single person named in this article is an asshole. Every. Single. One.

The head voice and synth music is very early-00's, but the soul is so there. (Damn, she was only 17 when she did this?)

Exactly. “Just trust me it’s bigger” doesn’t exactly sell me on it.

So he injected stem cells into his dick to make it bigger, yet ‘didn’t get out a ruler’ to note the results? Moron.

I’m calling bullshit. No guy in the world would try something this stupid without having already measured his cock in exacting detail so he could excitedly (and then disappointedly) measure the “after” effects in just as much detail. I mean, c’mon, we’ve all at least taken a ruler down there to check...

The reading comprehension ability in this comment section makes me die a little inside...

They didn’t offer him much. They went from low ball to sue. This was an ego match. Could have been avoided with a proper offer in the first place.

They didnt want to give him ANYTHING. No money. They wanted to walk into his office and take the domain name. He said “give me $15,000,000 or I wont sell” they then hit him with a $10,000,000 lawsuit saying that he wasnt allowed to have nissan.com

What wasn’t mentioned is that Uzi Nissan isn’t his real birth name. He changed it. His real name is AK47 Datsun.
