Release two OS's Windows 8 and one based on Midori. Both will have the UI, take advantage of different computer formfactors and have the same Windows features and Programs but thats it. Win 8 an update of 7 and Midori a new kernel and everything else.

How does voice recognition handle voice changes due to puberty, medical condition, loss of voice.
