The scrolling up and down changed it for me as well. Personal anecdote ain’t data but this study seems kinda like the conclusion was reached before the data was gathered.

Fair enough with the water situation. I know kinda take it as a given that I’ll have water, albeit water I might have to boil. I really should stock some, but I absolutely detest using bottled water unless I absolutely have to (which is pretty much just visiting Flint).
