To be fair, a LOT of states are doing that. It’s incredibly fucked up, and we barely bought ourselves a stay of execution in my state (although when I asked my state Rep what the chances were it was going to be reintroduced and passed, he said “99%”. Sigh, fun. At least that bought us time to get ready for round 2.
People’s history of the US? Haven’t read it in years but it survives as a teaching resource online that covers not white men with great frequency and detail.
Didn’t learn a damn thing in Michigan from Sanders’ unexpected primary win either.
BIZARRO I LOVE YOU
Omg I remember that. Now the damn song is stuck in my head. Thanks.
Didn’t mean to star you. Yep, sure, middle management can hide things. Hard to hide lawsuits though.
Ignoring what went wrong isn’t going to fix things. I broke and registered as a Dem because even though I’ve been a stubborn and proud independent (even when I was employed by the Dems... Ha) there is a LOT that needs to be learned from if any progress is going to be made.

Especially with large appliances, you might as well do the math and see how much energy savings…
Honestly I didn’t click on this because of the headline for awhile (“no kidding.”). But DAMN, the headline does NOT do the article justice what so fucking ever. Well written and researched. Bra-fucking-vo, and that IS a compliment.

Three weeks before her campaign in my extremely liberal yet centrally located city only had volunteer phone and door work on the weekends.
I was driving in my car, on my way to pick up keys to my new apartment, when Chertoff told NPR there were no problems there to a completely mothfucking incredulous Robert Siegel. I even remember the intersection, because I slammed my head in frustration on the steering wheel after hearing that, and then slowly…
