Thank you. What is scary is just not knowing what’s real and what is a somatic symptom of my anxiety. Do I go to the doctor? Do I ignore it? Will my fears burden my family? Will it cause an issue at work? How can I trust myself? That’s hard. However, I have great therapist and that helps a lot. Cheers to weird brains.
