It's really a shame, and I don't blame Betsy nor Will for this, but it feels like most of this article is an attempt to talk up a very weak character in an excellent show. Ms. Brandt seems like a pretty darned good actress, but no, Marie just isn't that interesting, is maybe even a teeny bit sexist.
