I think it's awesome, but: don't the girls get out of gym class because Fanny is afraid they'll hurt themselves and ruin their dance careers? Roller derby is quite the dangerous leap to make there. (And how does she not have any bruises or scrapes?) But it really does seem right up her alley, so we'll see.

Please more guerrilla filmmaking from Raquel - she shines when she's being ruthlessly competent, and it's a hell of a lot of fun to watch Jewel Staite turn on the actor-within-the-actor bits - and less stupidity. She's still the best character, but they're really doing their best to fight that.

Same here, and so were most of the girls I know, and then we all went to see it and came out bitterly disappointed. It can still be done, it's just…this looks AWFUL, holy crap. Even apart from my deep-seated bias against Gemma Arterton based on Clash of the Titans.

I was getting really bored of Kal, so I'm thrilled to see his story take a new turn. This looks like it'll be a lot more fun - the lawyer was great, and he played really well off Kal on screen.
