Like everyone else has said, this season it seems like the writers are painting the characters in the broadest of broad strokes. I think that after (or maybe even during, it's been a while) season five something got lost in the show: whether it was the vague, nonexistent end date for the show or the creators got a bit

The exact opposite, which is why it's even worth mentioning. Did she go on a mass blocking spree? I REALLY WANT TO KNOW, INTERNET.

I swear, the only slightly possibly weird thing I said was that I was jealous she was casting such hot guys as her boyfriends, and that she should get Fassbender next. But…other than that, only been positive.

I have a feeling they're just intentionally character sabotaging to make the eventual mother seem a ton better. If not, exactly your point: why bring someone back to waste them on shallow characterization?

When they give her the emotional things to play, she does them exceptionally well, but it hasn't been since season two that she's really had a ton to do…

Despite weirdly and awkwardly finding out I've been blocked on twitter by Mindy Kaling, I'm still really excited about The Mindy Project.

I agree. Last season them eventually getting married would have made more sense, but Robin with Nick and Barney just getting over Quinn…not sure how they're going to make a season-ending wedding plausible. Something will work, I'm sure, but…

(I have a feeling that's what they did, though. Kids and their parents are the big running theme of Fringe, seems fitting they extend this to Peter and Olivia's kid)

Also, more proof that Alyson Hannigan crying saves everything ever: I hate Lily's dad, but she sold that ending. I just wish he were less cartoonish, because their relationship and dynamic is grounded in some deep emotions.

The thing is, I love both the actors that play Victoria and Nick, but they're such non-entities at this point that I find it hard to care about them at all. They are just the pawns in place until Ted ends up with the mother and Robin ends up with Barney, and the plot stalling wouldn't get to me so much if it wasn't so
