I agree. I thought his speech in the end of season two was really moving, probably my favorite Chevy Chase thing ever. I wish he knew what a gem this show is, and wasn't all complain-y about it all the time.

I don't know: I'm pretty pop culture obsessed and there's a ton of shows I haven't watched. I think it's possible that Abed either just watches mostly U.S. TV and knows about U.S. pop culture, or he just missed out on some things. He can't know EVERYTHING, guys.
