The character was literally CREATED as a low-rent Batman, so I have no problem with the show being that. Low-rent Batman is, well, still awesome.

The whole point of the 100 yard shot is that it likely wasn't a bow, so it couldn't have been Arrow. They never said it was a difficult shot. I agree that Lance himself could have made the shot.
