I held off playing Mass Effect for the longest time too.... and for the same reason. Though for me it was a bit worse. I'm a completionist and if I start a game I intend to earn 100% of the achievements. For Mass Effect 1 that means, at minimum 3 complete playthroughs.

I eventually just bit the bullet earlier this year

I'm buying an old Donkey Kong cabinet from a friend of mine (hopefully this weekend) I'm debating converting it to a Fix it Felix replica... the code for the official Disney arcade machine was leaked a few months back so it could be pretty accurate too.

The problem with those charts is they go by the assumption that being able to discern individual pixels as the way in which they determine if a resolution is too high or too low to be fully visible. The fact is that even if we can't make out the individual pixels we can still make out the visual artifacts that pixels

if you were a backer you will have received an email. There's a link in the email, click the link and you'll get a code that you can redeem through the console itself.

That "following" strategy has paid off in spades for Sony in the past. About the only thing they ever lead on was disc format, other than that most of their past consoles were just ideas from their competitors that they adopted.

Where can I buy a set of Japanese Virtual On Oratorio Tangram conversion kit arcade cabinet graphics?

...you said as you anything, I've been looking for this art set for months now, no joke.

thank you for the confirmation.

that it... I'm sold

Did we ever determine if this is an actual button or just a fancy LED. I remember there being a number of questions about whether not this was an actual button but I haven't been able to find a straight answer.

I'll admit, I got both of those and both them sucked but at least they were do-able within a day or two.... the Gear or War achievements on the other hand literally require you to play the game for months on end grinding kills.

Ergonomics are one of those things where you'll never be able to please everyone. I personally find the Xbox 360 controller to be the most comfortable game pad I've ever used... to the point where I use one on my PC and found a similarly shaped 3rd party controller for PS3 games.

I love achievements right up until the part where I'm required to repeat the same simple task 10000 times instead of either
A. doing something ONCE that is actually challenging.
or
B. doing something out of the ordinary that encourages me to play the game in a different way.

Unfortunately for Cliffy B his games have, IMO,

Another thing that they seem to be neglecting... an OBDII port includes a 12V power source... Youl could easily plug in a small wireless transmitter about the size of a 9V battery and then you'll have wireless access from anywhere. Heck they even sell off the shelf blue-tooth OBDII port adapters about that size. http:/

From Wikipedia: "In the computer security context, a hacker is someone who seeks and exploits weaknesses in a computer system or computer network"

Are these people exploiting weaknesses in a computer system? Yes.

That's just it though... most cars where you can't hear the motor you can't feel it either. Cars like that have been worked over by engineers to make the power plant as silent and smooth as possible and as a result you're completely numb to what it's doing unless you read the tach.

Driving an older vehicle like my

Learning to balance the clutch and accelerator when shifting, particularly when starting from a dead stop is IMO the most difficult part.

However I will say that I definitely judge my shift points by sound and often get completely lost when I'm in a stick shift vehicle where I can't hear the motor and end up constantly

The characters are exactly why I like the show... someone once said that in a single book George RR Martin manages to kill off off more deep and well thought out characters than most stories have.

There is so much to the show it's impossible to judge it by clips or hearing about it second hand. It'd be like to trying

that may have been because of the fees MS used to charge to patch games... those are gone now and I would hope that changes things a bit.

I would think it wouldn't be that difficult to do, really the "patch" is just new assets. with patches being free on Xbox now theoretically all they really have to do is package it up for the Xbox.

really? do you have a link to where you saw that?
