@Recoil: the language menu kicks in before the game/DVD properly starts, so it's no big

@Balmut: huh, here in the South the assumption always is that the trains are better in the North...

@tiagoadcosta: My friends and I were talking about something similar the other day- about how in FIFA or PES everyone has to play European football- the English style just gets half your team sent off as the ingame refs don't like the more physical style

@Onyx Leo: no more so than any other ratings system- and would probably have some value for say non-Muslim friends/family of Muslim folks who aren't sure about whether a game might seem offensives or insensitive as a gift

@MrGOH: "sky wizard" may have to replace "magic space daddy" as my go-to mock-term for mono-theistic deities...

@random number: In fairness to the guy he hasn't made many films and two of those (BB+TDK) were about an old-money billionaire. Plus as others have said write what you know- he's damned good at writing about middle/upper class white men, why not let him stick to that?

@Toshi: I want to make one about soldiers sitting around bored out their skulls sitting in a base in Bavaria- in the big tense finale you'll fill out the paperwork for re-assignment back home

@ManchuCandidate: nah it'd be all caps, double exclamation marks ;-)

@Balmut: Up the road is pretty fair all told- I live in Cornwall- the Western extremity of England and I've been to London and back on day trips- with railways/aeroplanes the whole UK is a couple of hours longs

@surft: Difference is a dude can make mone obsessively gold-farming, which is the opposite of how an arcade works

@PoweredByHentai: But most of the smaller European cities don't have larger gamer population- taking your example, Venice is small and Italian (not to my knowledge a great game market) the big two for European sales- the UK and Germany aren't too bad- not yor american supersize homess but big enough for Kinect in your

@contact130: Um research fail much- there are tonnes of Catholic Knightly orders- Templars, Hospitaliers etc, they don't do much but they definitely exhist

@Power_Wrist: Agreed- it's not a polotical commentary any morre than Tesla and Edison's involvement in Tunguska in the second game was- it jusst extends the theme in a neart and amusing way

@PearceShea: I'd say most military games are conservative- at leat what we'd call conservative here in the UK (dunno how the US compares) obviously pro-military, not so big on due process or diplomacy and most video-game militaries are so small govt that soldiers have to earn money to buy weapons ;-)

@Robotic-Richard-Simmons: yeah, but old Fawkesy was a religous extremist terrorist-not the most popular group methinks

@Knifington: hmm, the whole prison rape thing ain't quite so prevalent here, but a kiddie killer qualifies as a nonce- the guards will turn a blind eye to the living hell that prison'll be for a sick fuck like that

@cipher.Cero: Because it's not 1950 anymore so there's no death penalty? and here in the UK all but the most reactionary of folks wouldn't support it returning
