@sobaman: That always bugs me too- epecially when they're used to be a PS2/X-Box version of a next gen game- I always imagined some poor kid getting the last-gen version and being upset by the poor graphics etc

@grysl: As long as you have a small print saying "not gameplay footage" you can use non-native footage in the ads, so that's what always used to happen on ads- I remember being gutted when I bought some games for my PS1 when i was 10 and the graphics were way sub par compared to the ads :(
