They didn’t have a problem releasing it as ONE game back in the day but now the same amount of content, REUSED AND REHASHED even is too much for them?

There are only too many videogames if you are deadset on playing them all. If you are a lover of niche games, well... I check every week on Steam for graphical roguelikes (ACTUAL roguelikes, not just sorta-procedural games tagged with it) and it’s always a pretty barren selection.

Wait, these prices don’t seem that unfair! I paid, like, $40 or $50 for Dark Cloud new.

Telling someone who struggles with severe depression to “go out in the sun” is not going to help. Maybe with an ordinary person, being out in the sunlight makes them happier. But it would only make a small difference in depressed people and of those, only those with Seasonal Affective Disorder.
