I never played Other M. From what I’ve read, the story direction just went a way it shouldn’t of, and tried to characterize Samus in a way fans didn’t like, right? There are definitely worse things that could’ve happened.

I just don’t understand the backlash? I mean, I’d love a new single-player Metroid as much as the next guy, Prime is one of my favorite games, but ANY new Metroid is fine by me. Lots of series die all of the time, and this game is keeping this one alive, so why the hate?
