RPG .pdf files are a bit of a pain to read on the Kindle unless they are formatted for A5 pages. So White Wolf's Minds Eye Theatre pdfs are pretty readable, but the A4 sized ones take some navigating. Generally a bigger tablet is good for them.

I'd guess it refers more to "the subsection of humanity [that has access to the Kindle touch] that should buy this is minuscule". For us in the UK the keyboard kindles are still viable options.

Actually, the game is based on the Old World of Darkness, not the new one. They have recently released a 20th anniversary edition of Vampire The Masquerade, so the old world (or classic world as it is now called) is by no means dead.
